2. What Cyberakshak is
Cyberakshak provides cyber-fraud awareness content, news, event information and an AI-based safety assistant to help users recognise and respond to online scams. It is an independent service. It is not a government agency, law-enforcement body, bank, legal service or recovery agency, and it cannot investigate cases, freeze accounts or recover lost money.
3. Guidance is informational, not professional advice
- Content, chatbot replies and news are general information to help you make safer choices. They are not legal, financial, medical or law-enforcement advice.
- AI-generated answers may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always verify important steps with your bank, the official helpline or a qualified professional.
- We do not guarantee that following our guidance will prevent a fraud or recover any money.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.
